WEEK 1 – FUNDAMENTALS OF BUSINESS AVIATION

  • The role of VIP Flight Attendants – Exclusive insights & tips for the application process: from the interview to your first flight

  • Difference between charter / owner flights, passenger categories

  • Interior: Key terminology & explanations about cabin and galley

  • Responsibilities of a VIP Flight Attendant, On-Board Procedures

  • Private Jet Catering: Basic knowledge about VIP catering orders

WEEK 2 – PROFESSIONAL ONBOARD MANAGEMENT

  • Flight Activation: Operational procedures and workflows

  • Flight Preparation: Planning, organization & essential steps

  • VIP Catering: Basics incl food safety and onboard hygiene

  • Cabin and Galley Organization: Plus security checks

  • Boarding: Passengers arrive – what needs to be done next

  • Cabin Clear: Critical tasks to complete before takeoff

  • In the Air: Professional table setting and silver service

WEEK 3 – VIP CATERING AND MENU CREATION

  • Luxury Beverages: Fundamentals of beverage service on private jets, including tea, wine, champagne, and gourmet service.

  • Luxury Food: Insights into various gourmet dishes that can be offered onboard, depending on the aircraft type.

  • Food Styling: Basic techniques for food presentation, from dish selection and plating to decoration.

  • Food Pairing: Creative menu planning, even on a budget – learn how to create realistic and appealing onboard menus.

  • Service and Serving Styles: Tailored to the aircraft type and operation.

WEEK 4 – LONG-HAUL & INTERNATIONAL CHALLENGES

  • Catering and Service Particularities: Unique aspects of VIP catering and VIP level service for long-haul flights

  • Cultural Differences & Special Requests: Understanding cultural nuances, specific needs and their impact on vip catering order process and white gloves on-board service

  • Duties During Night Flights: Responsibilities regarding safety, catering, and service during overnight operations

  • Current Trends in Cabin Presentation: Keeping up with modern standards and aesthetics, as well as techniques

  • Corporate and Personal Etiquette: Maintaining a professional image, incl. tips for social media presence
