FROM FLY EXCLUSIVE AVIATION SERVICES TO FACTOR HUMAN CONSULTING TO CERTYFLY AVIATION CREW TRAINING, MANAGEMENT AND BLOCKCHAIN CERTIFICATION
In 2025, Vivien Parcinski and Sven Aust founded CertyFly, driven by the recognized need for interactive, mobile-first aviation training and secure, digitized certificates that are forgery-proof. With more than 20 years of combined aviation experience, the two built on a strong legacy of innovation and training expertise. The roots of this project reach back over four years, when Vivien first introduced blockchain-based aviation certificates to EASA in Germany, laying the groundwork for what would later become CertyFly.
The journey began in 2016 with the establishment of Fly Exclusive Aviation Services GmbH in Germany, a training organization officially recognized and approved by the German Civil Aviation Authority (LBA). Specializing in training and consulting within the business aviation sector, Fly Exclusive quickly became a trusted partner for major airlines and aviation professionals across Europe.
In 2017, Fly Exclusive made industry headlines by introducing a custom-designed private jet cabin trainer tailored to the European market. Measuring 10 meters in length and 3.7 meters in width, this state-of-the-art replica of the forward cabin of a Bombardier Challenger 300 included a fully equipped galley, cabin seating, foldable tables, and the ability to simulate emergency scenarios such as smoke and oxygen mask deployment. To this day, this trainer remains unrivaled in Europe.
Building on this foundation, CertyFly was launched in 2025 to expand the portfolio into the digital era. Beyond pilot and cabin crew training for German airlines and international business aviation clients, CertyFly also provides consulting and team training solutions outside the aviation sector. These programs include team communication, fire safety, first aid, and process optimization helping organizations foster a strong safety culture, streamline operations, and build resilient teams.

The foundation of Vivien Parcinski’s expertise lies in her extensive worldwide aviation experience, with over a decade of international EASA ground training. Her career has taken her to 117 countries across four continents, including the USA, Russia, Africa, and China. This global exposure has equipped Vivien with exceptional interpersonal and cultural skills, enabling her to connect with and train diverse crews effectively. Her vast practical background spans all types of Business Jets - from smaller Citation aircraft to Bombardier Challengers, Globals, Falcons, and Gulfstreams. She has also operated VIP flights on ACJs and BBJs, giving her unmatched insights into high-stakes aviation environments. From flying in the icy depths of Siberia to managing sun-soaked operations in the Maldives and overseeing ambulance and cargo flights, Vivien’s operational experience is both broad and profound. These real-world insights now fuel her mission to transform aviation training, ensuring it is not only compliant and effective but also modern, digital, and accessible.

Her earlier career as a recruitment consultant for large enterprises gave her valuable insight into the challenges organizations face when developing effective leaders and building strong teams. This unique combination of aviation and corporate expertise enables Vivien to deliver impactful training and coaching through CertyFly Training, ensuring relevance across industries far beyond aviation.

The foundation of Sven Aust’s expertise lies in nearly two decades of global automotive, aerospace, and technology leadership. His aerospace career spans from hands-on aviation product development to large-scale project management across three continents, including collaborations with major airlines during his time at Zodiac Aerospace. Sven’s unique combination of operational and technical knowledge has given him a first-hand understanding of the challenges airlines face in training, compliance, and crew management. These experiences inspired his drive to build innovative, tech-driven solutions for the aviation industry that go beyond traditional training and empower organizations to operate with safety, trust, and efficiency. Through CertyFly, Sven continues to channel his passion for innovation into creating secure, digital, and future-proof training and certification systems that raise standards across the global aviation ecosystem.
