CRM COMMAND COURSE
ACCORDING TO EASA / FAA REGULATION
Before taking command of an aircraft, every pilot must complete a Crew Resource Management course to develop leadership and team management skills. Our course covers the Command Upgrade CRM elements from Table 1 and prepares participants for the responsibilities of the left-hand seat. Over two days, delegates will strengthen their decision-making, teamwork, and communication with both crew and passengers.
