DAY 1 – REAL-WORLD SERVICE EXCELLENCE

Step into a true VIP cabin environment. Apply what you’ve learned about etiquette, appearance, and organization to deliver seamless service from pre-flight preparation to passenger welcome.

DAY 2 – THE ART OF LUXURY SERVICE

Turn theory into five-star execution. Learn to anticipate guest needs and perfect your flow during live onboard simulations.

  • White-glove service refinement and Butler Service

DAY 3 – CULINARY & DETAIL PERFECTION

Experience the creative side of fine dining and in-flight presentation. Refine your sense for style, timing, and detail.

DAY 4 – CULTURE, ETIQUETTE & DISCRETION
